@sunil V It's working for me. After downloading the template file, you are facing problem to UNZIP, am I right? If that's the case use 7zip to unzip. May be there's a problem with your WinRAR.

You can use the template file in mobile version of MS Office PowerPoint but creating the whole template in mobile may be complicated for the lack of some features.
