Oh nom nom this one smells good on cold. I guess an unfrosted cake would be it's best description. Wonder if this smells like Yankee's Shortbread and Shortbread Cookie. Happy burning.

I definitely didn't get shortbread cookies. I got more of a cake that just came out of the oven before you put frosting on it. I could also detect a snickerdoodle. Either way, I love this one!
