Slaughtering the Thalmor in Skyrim VR

I'm using the FUS RO DAH (Basic + Visuals + Gameplay) profile, although I disabled some of the mods and added lots more, so this isn't quite what it would normally be like

As long as there are no witnesses, there is nobody that can prove you were ever there, thus it is stealthy.
