64's theme is probably the most "THIS IS KIRBY MUSIC" boss theme, I can't explain it. It always tickles my brain into Kirby mode, and I haven't even got the chance to play 64 yet.

when you get the chance please do its such a good game! but I will say if you want 100% have a guide for the shards ready because a couple can be a pain to get
@@mr.frigid8102 I always wanted to get the Kirby's 20th Anniversary Collection to play it on Wiimote for the longest time. Sadly I never bothered picking up a copy, so my best bet has ended up being NSO.
One way or another, I *do* plan on playing every Kirby game to 100%.
64's boss theme encompasses a lot of what Kirby music is at core: simple, memorable melodies you can easily hum to, but that still have depth in their simplicity. This one in particular is by Jun Ishikawa, the guy who composed all music of the first Kirby game, Kirby's Dream Land, and to this day still makes Kirby music. He defined a lot of what is "Kirby music", and due to that his compositions just easily give a "Kirby" feeling to it; if you want to see what I'm talking about, listen to Alcahest music, he did all soundtrack for that game, and it's impossible to listen to it without thinking of Kirby music. Finally, 64's soundfont is iconic, and a lot of its samples were reused for later Kirby games.
So, to put it in other words, this song has a lot of the common elements of Kirby music, so no wonder it makes you feel that. Sorry for the Kirby music nerd rambling, this boss theme is my favorite Kirby regular boss theme, 64 has one of my favorite Kirby soundtracks, and Jun Ishikawa is my favorite composer, so :P
It's weird, I always wonder if people would even recognize this was Kirby music if they heard it without context. I feel like the perception of Kirby's music is that it's more light-hearted, yet this theme is so intense and crazy. Then again, anyone familiar with Kirby's music would probably instantly recognize that this is 100% Kirby music.

Kirby boss themes are always bangers! A lot of people focus on the songs dedicated to a single boss, but the standard boss themes can be just as good sometimes!
Also hope you’ll do Miracle Matter’s theme from this game sometime. That song is so underrated.

This theme has always been my favorite non-final boss music from the Kirby series; it sounds very old-school Kirby and yet also features some dark and moody undertones -- fitting for a game about lost civilizations and encroaching darkness -- so it has pretty much everything you could ask out of a boss theme.

Oh MAN this song starts out so strong. It just punches you in the face with energy right off the bat. It then continues being strong for the next two minutes and thirty seconds. Absolute banger

Dude, this is awesome! This doesn’t even feel like a random game ost you decided to pick out of the blue. You get the sense that you played this game growing up, and you enjoyed the hell out of it. Just my thoughts, but this one felt passionate!

I grew up with K64 as my first Kirby game alongside other N64 titles, so finding this one hour after upload is truly awesome
I always liked the crazy energy this one had for boss battles compared to the others (I only found the new boss tunes from KSSU as comparable) so to see you turn this one into a rock fest is really satisfying
Man, I'm not a huge Kirby fan overall, but Crystal Shards was my childhood and the music just crushes my nostalgia receptors.
One of the hardest boss themes in all of gaming. It shreds so much metal already that this is just perfect.

Even though I have some gripes with Kirby 64 compared to other entries in the series (I still like the game to be clear), I will never deny that its soundtrack (including this boss theme) is pretty freaking awesome. It's my favorite classic Kirby soundtrack by a significant margin. Fantastic job on this remix (and I also appreciate Ripple Star Select being the acoustic short)!

I was watching a reaction to Kirby and the Forgotten Land’s OST today and someone mentioned that Jim Ishikawa’s compositions tend to have a dubstep feel to them, and I immediately thought of this theme from Kirby 64. I really do love his Kirby compositions, they’re so addicting to listen to!
Kirby 64 stands as my favorite Kirby game to this day. Awesome music, and the creativity behind all of the different combined copy abilities was endless fun.

Ultimate Battle 22, more FighterZ, the insane amount of Dokkan Battle tracks, Budokai Tenkaichi 2 & 3, etc. It'd be amazing if he does a new DB cover one day, but is up to his choosing. I'm sure he's got a huge list of tracks to do.

The kirby covers are always great. Some are among my favorites. I would also like to request 'Scrap and build ourselves' from Eternal Sonata. Composed by Motoi Sakuraba and inspired by Chopin's 'Revolutionary etude' there's nothing that isn't badass about that song. It features some pretty hardcore virtuoso passages that I am certain Jonny will enjoy playing, because of how well they will sound in the guitar. I have requested this song 101+ times and will continue to do so. NO. MATTER. WHAT. UNTIL. I. GET. IT.

If there's one game I wish had a remake or a sequel, it would be Kirby 64. Despite some janky mechanics, I keep wanting to come back to it for everything cool and unique it did that no other game in the series ever replicated.
