I don't hate Russo like others, but I think one of the most ridiculous things he says is about how Cornette and Jerry Jarrett are stuck in the past and stuff won't work today like it did back then... but he's constantly trying to bring it back to the attitude era. Just listen to his podcast, constantly downing today's wrestling and how WWE needs to get back to when he was there. Him and Cornette are way more alike then either of them would probably like to admit.

I don't like Russo, but he's not lying. TNA keeps changing styles every 6 months to a year. Also, Cornette is way too close minded. That old shit doesn't work in today's wrestling.
Depends what 'old shit" you're talking about. Wrestling sucks these days because wrestling 101 logic doesn't exist. Guys like Cornette and Dutch Mantel know nothing BUT wrestling 101 logic.You can say their creativity is outdated but they're absolute masters at producing the fundamentals of professional wrestling, which is close to non existent in todays product.
"Wrestling 101" is simply Heel versus Babyface. The "Soap Opera/Drama" aspect, is NOT "wrestling 101" but rather an interpersonal storyline that is to be communicated through the wrestlers and what they say and somewhat do.

Russo sorta buried the company from the beginning by naming it Tits N Ass Wrestling. He also had some of the most nonsensical gimmick matches in WWF, WCW and TNA.
