What the activity board does is it displays the aggregate total of emf events in the house at that moment. So an EMF 5 could cause a 5 point jump, or several events in short time could do the same thing

I saw on vid someone said impulse is always wearing a black shirt when he streams. I checked alot of videos and i now cannot unseen it. He really does only wear black.

He is not only a pro at this game but also directly cominucates with the devs (they often pop into his twitch chat) and he does a lot of 'sience' himself (testing on how different mechanics of the game work. not clickbait). By the way, let me clarify the Banshee description for you. Whenever they hunt they pick a target and only search for that particular target only (basicaly it acts as if that person is the only one in the house) => all other players are safe until Banshees target dies and the ghost picks another target. The target caries on across all hunts so if the targeted guy is outside the house the ghost can do nothing at all. Even if other players dance in her face during a hunt Banshee want kill them
I really do love watching the JITS crew play phasmophobia but at times I wish I could send Impluse a list of each ghosts special abilities cause there's some obvious stuff the ghosts do that gives them away. Plus the mimic can copy these abilities so if it pretended to be an obake it would have a chance of not leaving fingerprints.

Btw, the ghost is only attracted to those who use the radio to prevent trolling. So it was likely a bug if that was the reason.
