  • When Lazarus died, Jesus was led by the Father to a magnificent showdown with mankind's great enemy-death. Lazarus’ resurrection foreshadowed Jesus' victory, like the final showdown between hero and outlaw in a great Western. We rejoice because it represents coming death of Death!

I find the text that refer to the resurrection in 2nd thesalonians 2, and 1st thesalonians 4, and mathew 24 to be a post trip rapture. But my brother here in the pretrib camp did a good job going through all these verse. Was nice to get together and talk about all these still.

The most biblical one is the post tribulation /pre-wrath harvest, most theorists confuse the tribulation with the wrath but the Bible states clearly, we will have tribulation in the world, but we are not appointed to wrath, pre-trib rap, mid-trib rap, post-trib rap one event and partial raptures are all less biblical than the pos-tribulation/pre-wrath harvest.

'A year for a day' is not a Bible wide principle, the 4 times in the Tanach are not to be interpreted indiscriminately (a mistake Seventh Day Adventists and Jehovah's Witnesses often applied/apply).
The 4 days of Lazurus being dead has nothing to do with a 4000-year-old world (then) because the most biblical timeline is closer to 13 000 years than to 6000 years, so that is just in reading.
Ieshua's reason for waiting till after 4 days was the Jewish belief that the soul stays with the body for 3 days and that a person really died after 3 days, that is why Judaists will never swallow the Friday crucifixion and the Sunday morning resurrection of Christ. Ieshua died on a Wednesday and was resurrected late Shabbat, exactly after 3 nights and 3 days in the grave.

In the Tanach only one general resurrection was mentioned, in the New Testament the first (harvest) and the second (judgment) resurrection, if your theory is multiple resurrections (more than 2) then you believe in the partial raptures' theory not in pre-tribulation rapture theory, both are not biblical correct and nor are the mid-tribulation rapture theory and the post tribulation one event rapture theory.
