This album and Staind class are my two favorite albums by them. Judas Priest and the 70s was their best music in my opinion.
Rob Halford and Judas Priest are still going strong in 2024 with a new album, Invincible Shield. 50 years of metal excellence.
This 16 year old lovedJP's 'Sad Wings of Destiny' in 76 , along with the Scorpions 'In Trance', Rainbow's 'Rainbow Rising', Sabbath's 'Technical Ecstacy' and Zep 'Physical Graffiti' ... I was lucky enough to see all these bands in the 70's ... interesting to contemplate which albums from my teens have stood the test of time.
They’re amazing live. I’ve seen them since the 80s
Their second, third and fourth albums were groundbreaking - 76, 77 and 78
Thanks For Redoing Your Reaction, That was the proper thing to do, You Gave A Well Earned Respect To The Group And ARTISTS!!
Around 4:38. Anyone catch how high Rob hits that note?!
It's a great solo because it's Glenn Tipton!!!
Veanlos en vivo en BBC en 1976 es un a pasada, saludos
Greetings! Thanks for the info!
British Metal bands from the 70's were influenced by American Blues masters. Please listen to "Beyond the realms of Death".
They do a lot of Rob matching the guitar as they go into and coming out of solos.
Dan Berg has the worst rhythm I've ever seen
Thanks Gary! 😝
The song selected was Dreamer/Deceiver and that was played in full, 100%. Deceiver is a separate song and wasn't asked for because it's just humdrum metal anyone can do and totally weakens what was achieved by Dreamer/Deceiver. Check out the actual album track listing.
Uhhhhhhh, no
@@21Piloteer Guess you're unable to read 😂
When they did it "anyone" was not doing it.
@@EattheApple666 😂Really? 1976?. Unless you mean in the gay-rock field I suggest you check your history.
🤡
I don't know what the uproar is about cause this song is lame. Gary Wright's song is way better..."Driver take away my worries of today and leave tomorrow behind...Ooh, dream weaver I believe you can get me through the 🌙 night!"
Saw Gary Wright nearly 50 years ago. He was opening for Peter Frampton.
@paulfenwick8767 Bet it was awesome 👌
@@Joe-Flow A bit too pop but good. Remember Dream weaver, was his hit at that time.
Gary Who?
You are lame
