But in all this, a major setback is when one gets injured, at this point, you become useless to the club you are playing for as well as to the fans, and in many cases, a lot of sportsmen and women have found themselves in depression.
Lionel Kinyagi is among the many sportsmen who got injured at a very early stage of his sporting career, lucky for him he had another career as a doctor something he had to focus on despite having so much love for rugby and wishing one day he would represent Kenya in the bigger stage.
