Description: Supportive work policies and robust worker protections are necessary to promote health equity. Fair labor laws, workplace safety regulations, access to paid sick leave, and adequate health insurance directly impact employees' physical and mental wellbeing. Ensuring equitable work policies cultivates environments where all workers, regardless of their background or job role, have the resources and protections necessary to maintain good health. Additionally, having safe and consistent employment and income is a key social determinant of health that can impact wellness far beyond the workplace. In this recording of a webinar we discuss:
    - How work policy and worker protections impact health within and outside the workplace
    - How advancing work policy and protections promotes health equity
    - What we can do to advocate for improved work policy and worker protections in our communities
