this is more of a trouble shooting assembly video the core is a slid in lock core so the switch will come presetup and now also has blinkers for the triangles red and green illumination no need to touch if not required.
@@darkwolfsabersI suppose the proper way to word my question is how are the buttons wired to the core? If the core is removable, there must be some sort of connection between the wires in the switch box and the soundboard in the core. But you called it a “slide in lock core” so now I’m wondering if it’s even removable at all.
@@nahte724 hi i believe your missing the part in the video where the switch and core is being added in. note the switch is connected to as connector that is located in the grip section of the saber. which then connects internally to the clamp section plungers that in the video would be the black piece below the data card. in the video. then you have that plastic sleave which is injected all this is predone when purchased. once the sleeve is inserted the core which is activated once the pins connect to the inner pcb pad will power up via the button. so basically to the customer all they need to do to access the master core is remove the pommel cap (end of saber) and slide out the core u can then access the sdcard and access the battery easy. once done all you as a customer need to do is slide core into the hilt and screw on the cap to power your saber. so switch is wired internally to a pcb connector in the grip. via quick connect.
Looking forward to this. Love all the sabers I have purchased from your company so far. Very amazing
pleasure
they do this was video prior to the connector in the box it now lights up. on all current models sold
I’m curious about the button setup. Mainly where the connection between the switch box and the soundcard in the core is.
curious as in?
