try angle rings are ment to be loose. but if you wish to tighten you can usually apply some e6000 into the hole then rub off the extra since its rubber it will allow you to with no damage and will also feel tighter but movable.

@@darkwolfsabers is e6000 preferable as opposed to general glue then?

@@conradmcbride i find it better cause its strong, wont damage hilt and its removable if needed

@@darkwolfsabers how would I remove? Would I need to prise the tri-ring out? Can thicker tri-rings be obtained as a more strategic solution?

proof in the video not all sabers do cause some are wired differently for chambers etc.. but yes this model definitely does as seen on the video

You could always rewire the current one to a pixel by removing the rgb part and wire in a pixel pin pcb.

@@darkwolfsabers Disassembled mine to take a look and it looks like the PCB has a few open pads; a Data, a GND and 2 BAT ones. I'm assuming I can just wire straight to it. I looked at an pixel PCB from your site and it looks like it's a pos, neg and data wire. How do I know which BAT to use? Sorry, this is my first saber, brand new to it.

bridge the two bats amdd straight forward wire rest as descriibed the core itself should already be wired for pixel due to the pins​@@MetaphoricMoose
