Awe, thanks, Andrea!! 🤗 I am so glad you were able to pick up some tips, my friend!! Awesome tutorial! Love McKenzie childs inspired projects. Your step by step instruction is the best I've ever seen. New subbie! Thanks for sharing 👍❤👍❤
Thank you so much, Linda, for that lovely comment!! 😊 I am so glad to have you as a new friend!! I will have a new MacKenzie Childs inspired video up shortly; I'm just finishing it. Blessings, friend!! ❤️
The wine glasses are lovely - I'd be afraid to use them! I've never seen the wine charms - what a good idea to use different flowers. The poinsettias with the gold in the center look great against the gold polka dots. Love, love! Thanks Bee!
I'm glad you like these MC wine glasses!! Dollar Tree sold the wine charms on their plastic wine glasses all summer. I used their blue and yellow plastic wine glasses in a few different tablescapes. I don't think I ever kept the wine charms on the glasses, though. They will most likely have them again next summer. 🌹🌷 I, too, really like the poinsettias on them!! Blessings, my friend!! ❤️
Well, I'm sure you know how I feel about these!!! Love, love, love!!! I've been thinking of doing the same for my Christmas tablescape!!! Thank you for the inspiration friend!!! 🥰☺😚🖤🤍!!
The thumb width measurement is awesome, very helpful tip. Once you do one of these projects you're hooked! They are so fun, I now walk around the dollar store and thrift stores looking for things to paint checks or harlequin on... Oh, good tip on the Apple Barrel having a warm undertone in the white! Great job as usual! I'm still trying to get caught up on your videos and loving them!
Thanks for your sweet words, my friend!! I agree, I'm hooked!! I found a cat at the thrift store, and I'm hoping to get him painted like yours!! I don't know why that never crossed my mind to do that before, but you've inspired me!! Blessings!! 🌹🌷🌹🌷
Hi Carolyn, thanks for watching, friend!! The only reason I didn't use the dishwasher-safe Mod Podge was I was out of it. These were not something I would regularly use, so it wasn't a problem to simply wash them by hand. Blessings, my friend 😊
I meant to tell you to try a water mister with your chalk paint. I spray one spritz onto the item being painted, then go in with the chalk paint. It causes the paint to glide on with much less lines. You can also spray as you paint when your brush begins to drag. This link is one like I bought: www.amazon.com/SLKIJDHFB-Hair-Spray-Bottle-Hairstyling/dp/B081Z11RV2/ref=sr_1_27?dchild=1&keywords=water+mister&qid=1605299877&sr=8-27
Oh, great tip!! Weird, this comment only showed up for me, but it says you made it 9 hours ago! Anyway, I'll try spraying the chalk paint next time!! 🤗 Blessings, my friend!! ❤️
Hi, Kathie!! Thanks for leaving me a question. I used the marker to show how you can have a lot of control over where your lines are, and then when you paint, you can go right to the edge of the marker or a hair shy of it and still have a nice straight line. Some people worry about if they can paint a straight line. You will notice in several of my other videos I don't use the marker. I have a whole Mackenzie Childs-inspired playlist if you would like to watch more of my videos. Blessings, friend 🤗
Absolutely so so beautiful.
Mehri, thank you for all your lovely comments, my dear friend!! ❤️❤️Blessings

Awe, thank you, Mary!!! ❤️ I love MC, too, and still have several more fun videos like this coming, my friend!! 🤗 Blessings 🌹🌹
I love it !!!! It’s just for decor or you can drink from that glass .
Thank you, Miriam!! You can definitely drink from it, but only wash it by hand unless you use dishwasher-safe Mod Podge. Blessings 😊
May I ask why not use dishwasher safe mod podge?
Hi Carolyn, thanks for watching, friend!! The only reason I didn't use the dishwasher-safe Mod Podge was I was out of it. These were not something I would regularly use, so it wasn't a problem to simply wash them by hand. Blessings, my friend 😊

what kind of paint did you use it??
I show every bottle of paint I used in the video. I bought them at Walmart. Blessings 🤗
I don’t understand why you use the marker?
Hi, Kathie!! Thanks for leaving me a question.
