But he was scripted to say and act like it, he didn’t react to being offered a churro while other characters actually reacted and in character of all things. He would be good at adjusting to that character specifically as he basically only acts grumpy and serious while other characters have to go full improv.

@@NaiefThegoony Remember these characters interact with HUNDREDS of guests in a day. This is just one interaction to judge. They might be good in some and not so much in others. Just cause you see one who did a great job doesn't mean he's like that on every single interactions.

They are discouraged from accepting gifts from guests. They have to politely decline (or impolitely refuse, if you’re the Queen or Cruella or something) at least 3 times before they could even consider accepting the gift.

Isn't Disneyland a stage in itself, but I agree. He is on a stage though on Batuu when Kylo comes out of his ship.
