I too once drove past those 50,000 caskets years ago. It was incredible seeing 250,000 caskets all lined up in one place. When I used to work in a funeral home, I remember once they dug the grave for the departed, they would put these boxes in the ground and the casket would be encased in it,and sealed. These casket liners are meant to line the grave and then lower a casket down into it and finally place the lid on, They were used as a experimental product in some of the cemeteries at some time years ago. Most of the cemeteries now require concrete or comparable liners; that could be the reason for the overstock down south.

These “coffins” are actually vaults. My aunt use to own a cemetery. These where invented in the late 80s I believe. They are an alternative to the traditional big heavy steel vault that real coffins are placed in to protect them from the elements. What you are calling the “lid” is actually the base. It is placed in the grave first, then the coffin is lowered down to the base and the other part goes over the coffin and connects to the base.

These are grave liners used to put coffins in to keep the ground from caving in over time. Most concrete vaults and plastic liners are not water tight, water will get in over time. Also the guy in the video has it upside down the lid or top is the part he was laying in. Concrete liners or vaults as they are called the lid goes on top. With plastic liners the thin flat part goes on the bottom. If you look at the plastic liner he was laying in you can see the reinforced ribs. If he had turned it over he would see it has a round top which makes stronger and able to hold the weight of the dirt. That thin flat part he said was the top would not be strong enough to hold the weight of the dirt.

When I used to work in a funeral home, I remember once they dug the grave for the departed, they would put these boxes in the ground and the casket would be encased in it,and sealed. But if it is dealing with FEMA, and them building these concentrations camps not only here, but throughout the world, I personally believe these are the caskets for multiple people!

These casket liners are meant to line the grave and then lower a casket down into it and finally place the lid on, They were used as a experimental product in some of the cemeteries at some time years ago. Most of the cemeteries now require concrete or comparable liners; that could be the reason for the overstock down south.

I used to know a guy who sold decommissioned military surplus, ammo cans, etc. Who said he had a bunch of these FEMA coffins. I thought it was just a humorous term he used for them. These “coffins” are actually vaults. My aunt use to own a cemetery. These where invented in the late 80s I believe. They are an alternative to the traditional big heavy steel vault that real coffins are placed in to protect them from the elements. What you are calling the “lid” is actually the base. It is placed in the grave first, then the coffin is lowered down to the base and the other part goes over the coffin and connects to the base.
I use to be a vault man and the vaults are made out of cement for educational purposes.

The casket goes inside the vault that linen goes inside the vault. These vaults also have names of the decease so family member can identify there loves ones if these vaults pop out ground during flooding.
But people have been buried in linens aswell with out the vault so your right aswell.

I saw similar video in 2013 might have seen this one. I knew they were up to something.
These are grave liners used to put coffins in to keep the ground from caving in over time. Most concrete vaults and plastic liners are not water tight, water will get in over time. Also the guy in the video has it upside down the lid or top is the part he was laying in. Concrete liners or vaults as they are called the lid goes on top. With plastic liners the thin flat part goes on the bottom. If you look at the plastic liner he was laying in you can see the reinforced ribs. If he had turned it over he would see it has a round top which makes stronger and able to hold the weight of the dirt. That thin flat part he said was the top would not be strong enough to hold the weight of the dirt.
