Model Ship Building - Arsenal Construction - Changes need to the Shipyard - Frigate D Fernando II

The shipyard needs changes to be able to continue building the model. As this model of boat is being made in Arsenal, it has its own characteristics and to make its construction more practical I have to make some changes to the shipyard.
