I'm only taking the Italian peninsula; And Sicily; And Sardinia and Corsica; And a bit of Carthage; And North Italy; And southern Gaul; And some Greek islands; And all of the Greek islands; And all of the Mediterranean islands.
And a bit more of Carthage for the pretty borders. TBH I was expecting him to say that since he is going for pretty borders, might as well take coastal lands in Dalmatia.
the problem with these mega campaigns is that any decent player can do a world conquer in basically any paradox game so you really have to hold yourself back and roleplay to make it all the way to stellaris and have the gameplay still be interesting
@@ahapxir why would roleplaying be a problem? I love seeing creators focusing their gameplay on a story rather than showing off their skills, specially because it can usually demand other skills to influence factors of the game
I don't see the problem in restricting yourself a bit and go for a more roleplay approatch. As he's playing Rome (no surprise there) going for a somewhat historical route should be fun enough. (Or he could do the crazy things like going to America.)
@@ahapxir They have to use blobbing stopping mods which makes harder to conquer new land before you core or ”assimilate” land which you conquered previously. A mega campaign where you play a different nation every time you switch games could be fun. At Hoi4 you should have several large empires and the winner influences the stellaris playthrough.
Classic Lubi, he is not giving up on old Paradox Projects and gives us a 3000 year campaign to start the Christmas celebrations early. This ist Not the Lubi we deserves, but the Lubi that we needed!
Lubi idk if you know this but with a timeline extension mod you can actually directly port your imperator game to ck3 through fallen eagle without any century jumps. It's the timeline extension mod plus its submod betterblobs which specifically'd set the end date to fallen eagle's earlier start date in the 4th century, which can then be transfered to eu4.

Placating that new familiy by giving three from them about a boat each was funny. What I find nice in this game is that larger gouvernments don't get just benefits but also penalties. Some of which can potentially bite you if you aren't careful.
Hell yeah for Imperator! Happy to see you play it. I recently had a really fun Ptolemei run where I managed to switch religion to the Egyptian one with your good ol' Bastet and Osiris, super cool. You can never go wrong with Rome, of course.
25:00 So, according to the mythology, with Aeneas also Antenor escaped from Troy after the Greeks captured it and settled around the Po’s delta were he supposedly founded Padua. The history I believe was just a mass migration of people from Anatolia that were culturally similar to Rome. I’m not an expert tho

one thing i have to say about Imperator: Rome is that i absolutely love my allies in this game. allies in I:R are always such a big help since they actually do something productive. only paradox game where i love to have allies
Meanwhile in Hoi4 my allies lose literally 1M+ manpower to any mountain nation (I watched Argentina lose 1 million to Chile while they had the help of Bolivia who themselves lost 400k)
Just a small thing, as far as i am aware, the light eyes color and eurolike features in central asia are found in the region before the Macedonian conquest. Those being remnants of the Indo-European migrations to the region from (probably) the caspian sea
That province that flips in your early Imperator game can sometimes happen. It's a scripted event that one of those two nations have and the province flip is one of the options. Eturia has one for the one you declared on and Rome as well, but usually the nations refuse the offer.
Dude, what!? Yesterday was my first time being able to buy a game after 2 years of nothing but learning and working. And I bought imperator with all its DLC for 14 dollars, I’ve always been obsessed with history and I’ve been dying to get myself a PC to play CK3 or Imperator, I figured that now that it was discontinued and really cheap I would buy it, and now you say this to me!? YEEEEEEESS!!! 🤧
I want Ask Because you said 7 Games and I counted like [Imperator, CK3, EU4, Vic3, Hoi4, Stellaris] these are ones I was able to count Am I missing Something? I feel there should be a game between hoi and stellaris unless you write your own cold war history after Hoi
@ahmedhady6093 cuz after stellaris it's gonna be real life campaign of restoring Roman Empire by Ludi Genius Romanius Maximus and we gonna be the legionaries of our new Emperor. Be prepared.
Before you said that you were committing to playing tall I was going to suggest intentionally fragmenting your realm for the start of CK3 and playing as the Romanians for the rest of it instead.
I'm honestly excited to see the HoI4 and Stellaris parts of this series, I mean, An actual Roman empire in WWII and in space (I bet there's Mods for that to happen)?
Hey ludi. Im actually doing my own mega campaign but for mine i have huge empires (western rome, qin, and the hellenistic empire) im getting ready to do ck3 once the fallen eagle updates. I was wondering what tips you have for going forward cause right now im stuck between continuing as the hellenistic empire or playing as a wandering noble.
What Mod moves a save game from Imperator to Crusader Kings III??? I find a mod in the Imperator workshop that says it moves from Imperator to CKII, but dont see one that does CKIII... Details by chance? :)
At the 40m mark roughly, RUclips played an ad. once it was done it went to the end video screen where it asks you to play the next video or cancel. The overlords are not pleased.
i get why youre playing as rome, but since its a mega campaign the only valid start shouldve been a small nation which isnt powerful at all until you have achieved quite a lot. Herakleia Pontica into Achaemenid Empire for example
Actually European features are quite common in Pakistan, Northern India and Central Asia due to natural genetic connection to Western people and early peoples that were part of the genetical foundation of the region such as the Tocharians, not necessarily because of the very relatively few Greek settlers
This game should have a kind of flavor for tribes. Not only centralisation. It shouldn't be possible for settled empire to directly administer and tax tribal lands. It did not work that way
What game I'm missing from the list? Your are starting with Imperator Rome, then CK3, then EU4, then Victoria 3 and then Hoi4... these are 5 and you said 7... anyone can help me with this?
@ yeah, timeline extension for invictus, extends the end date to around 4-5th century AD, and adds the spread of Christianity, and makes the later centuries more challenging with crisis like events.
would it not be better to put forts on all the pillar points considering if they get captured all the tiles in the pillar get captured it would atleast slow the ai down
it would be indeed but I was thinking ck3 and eu4 terms that having forts in those provinces is more vital. I wasnt to worried about getting invaded anyway since I had an insane manpower pool and overall economy
@LudietHistoria o thats right you have to take in consideration what you will face you jump games to continue the mega campaign. I was thinking purely imperator forgot this was a mega campaign for a minute
