It concludes things but it is too bad that the manga artist didn't get more time to fully work out the last season before it had to end. Still I will remember the good things from Food Wars and apparently the author is making a spin off focusing on Shiro and his story. There was interest in a manga around Soma mother but nothing has been announced yet and to be honest I rather have a manga about his father. Showing the rise and fall of a chef and his journey to recover and climb back up from his failures is a way more intriguing story to me. 😊
