@ 7:25 You where in the San Joaquin Valley. The Central Valley is the name of a region and not the name of a valley, not unlike how the Central Coast is the name of a region.
It is all fun and games until someone has to feed their families and there is no jobs. RIP farmers, drivers, manufacturing workers, postal workers, fishermen, printers and publishers, cashiers, delivery carriers, travel agents, dispatchers, telemarketers, secretaries, telephone operators, cooks, clerks... Our system based on wages won't adapt to this new reality....
In the 1960's some farmers experimented with automated tractors using "one-way" plows. A device would control the steering wheel. The "one-way" plow did exactly what it sounds like. It would start on the edge of the large field and go around and around the field gradually narrowing the unplowed area. The dangerous part was starting it up and turning it off. There were no computers and no cell phones. The farmer would get on the tractor and start it up, set the "robot", then climb down the ladder to get off and move out of the way of the oncoming plow. Of course, the tractor was going very slow. To stop the tractor, the farmer would jump back on and stop it. Sounds scary but that is how it worked. The popularity only lasted about a year. Duh.
almost 300,000 dollars for a remote control car with water sprays... there's no way it costs more than 20-30k to make one of these, and it could be even cheaper if you want to cut corners.
It is not mass produced like a toyota camry. Do you have any manufacturing experience? I have some limited experience in horse radish bottling factory and a plastic mild injection factory. Making things in small numbers is considerably more expensive per unit. Also the software has development cost a bit sophisticated then a RC car
@@treyKdays Yes. 300k is an inflation. A price drop that goes 10 times lower can only be justified in another manner. A new Toyota for example would undergo such a drop after years of service. Why would this product even be worth 300k anyway? What are they adding to the table that allows them to go that high? I don't see it at all.
