I first started my 3D journey in Blender for a year, then I tried C4D+Octane, and now after seeing all of these new Blender 3.0 features and tutorials I’m definitely thinking I’m gonna go back to Blender for good.
Yes, you absolutely should use what feels right. Blender is interesting to me because of the large community base, the render engines it supports, and it free!
I've tried to recreate in Blender a scene I had in Cinema for a class I was teaching, and omg it took me HOURS to recreate a simple scene (it was a soft ball colliding with a cube). Passing the difficulties, Blender it's a very powerful tool and it's impressive the quality it offers (rendering and modeling) for free. Good luck on the journey! haha

Ha, good to know!
不喜欢 Blender 习惯了C4D
Why would u choose to learn Blender like this when 100% guaranteed u didn't learn C4D like this?
Showbiz my friend
it is really painful watching peeps trying to figure shit out by themselves, instead of learning it form like 10m tut
Thanks for your feedback!
It's funny to watch a grown man play with the 3d cursor. You'll learn to love it in time it's extremely useful when you get used to it
Also it's best to learn blender with it's own hot keys because it's made to work with them then you can customize as you learn
Ah very nice info, thank you! Yeah the 3D cursor is a bit strange, hopefully I’ll learn to love it. Thank you for your support 🤜🤛
@@YouAndMeAcademy ya every new user is like what is this weird annoying thing till they learn how to use it.
its main use is to be the point new objects are added, but it can be used as a pivot point, a thing to snap objects to and so much more.
No. 3d cursor is garbage that makes the Blender devs think Blender does not need proper snapping mode. Fu\ck the 3d cursor. No wonder other applications don't have it.
@@jaromor8808 when you learn to use it properly and are not trying to fight it you'll love it.
It's where items you add to the seen spawn in making it where you just need to click ruffly where you want an object curve or light to be shift a and it's more or less where you want it. No need to stop what you're doing just to grab the object from 0,0,0 and move it over.
You can use it as a privet point for scale, location and rotation as well as a pivot for operations that need one to work. You can even use it as a place to snap the object origen to.
It's incredibly useful when you learn to use it and you'll never want to work without once you do
@@ProjectAtlasmodling Wrong.
I dont like Blender...
TBD 😄
this is painful to watch you need to go and find some lessons really 🤣🤣🤣🤣
But who would entertain you then?
