watched many of your videos, they're all great! Where I work we call tables with drain holes (as a joke) a ''sacrifice table''. Mr. hystat has a ''surgeon table'' for himself. Very grateful for all the knowledge you share.
Best educational video I've found about pilot operated relief valve!
Light bulbs coming on for me. Many thanks to you Sir. 🇨🇦
Excellent demonstration. Thanks
Great video. I am replacing this type of valve on a portable jaw rock crusher and was scratching my head on how exactly the valve worked. On our Parker valves there is a 1/4 Npt threaded port in the top chamber of the valve. In this port we have a hydraulic line with a ball valve that runs back to tank. We use this ball valve as an on/off switch on our vibrating feeder.
Very well explained Sir, thank you.
Eye opening 👍🏼

sir my escavator if boom up in suddenly down what the problem sir
Hello,
Thanks for the clear explanation, can you explain RELIEF AND ANTI-CAVITATION VALVES - Insert type as well please. my main doubts are these relief and anti cavitation uses direct acting pressure relief, in where the override feature comes into picture and a lot of energy is wasted, why don't we use a balanced type, especially in used in the excavator applications such as boom or arm
The cartridge valve described here was taken from a DCV where it was used as a port relief/anti cav. I have an explanation of direct acting port reliefs and anti cavs (in a specific Bobcat skid steer loader) and how they sit in the DCV on my other channel here: ruclips.net/video/Q-ktyvhhBTg/видео.html
truobleshooting sir in backhoe. the equipment got store after two hours what kind of issue ? t.y
Thanks for the video. You keep mentioning Unloading Valve, but it seems all the items are Relief Valves. Can you explain the difference between Relief Valve with Unloading Relief Valve? Hope to see more videos.
every pilot operated relief valve has an unloading valve in it. it's the 2nd stage.
Please sharing the schematic hydraulic diagram, thanks
Ok
thank you sir
Thanks sir
