Mahindra Thar Driver Arm Rest Console: Installation, Cost Explained

  • This is possibly the most OEM looking driver's arm rest console I have come across on a 2020 Mahindra Thar yet. And it is damn comfortable.
I visited Classic Service Point in Noida (NCR's oldest and the most reputed 4x4 workshop) run by my friend Mudit Tangri and his father to get a dead pedal and came across this arm rest console that they had JUST finished making. Mudit, during a conversation, slip it out that they were making this and if I would like to take a look.
I did, and I was amazed how seamless it looked inside the Thar. As if it came from Mahindra itself.
This particular arm rest console costs Rs 7,500 (including 28 per cent GST), but there are cheaper options available too. The arm rests that they sell can range from Rs 4,000 to 8,000, depending on the trim/design you opt for.
You can take a look at the dead pedal they made for me here: • My Mahindra Thar Autom...
If you would like to get this centre arm rest console or any other work done on any 4x4, you can contact Classic Service Point at: +91 9899934645
You can even check them out on Facebook: / classicservicepoint
Their address in Noida is: A 27, Block A, Sector 3, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301 (Mondays closed)
Let me know in the comments what you think of this video.
There will be more videos coming on my Thar and the Thars that Mudit and his father have customised. Keep watching this space for more.
If you would like to see what I do to my motorcycles, you can take a look at my Instagram page too: / abhinavbhatt19
Thank you for giving me your time. I hope you have a great day.
    Cheers

Hi A, I thought u wud differ from others as u hv really got the machine flavor and if u look at ur posture it shows u r literally taking ur arm to reach the mods. Actually typical 4x4 like Jeep Wrangler, fj Cruiser, Nissan patrol super safari all those wl hv arm rest like a wing from the seat itself which gives u far far better adjustments to ur positions when u r on any terrain (including dunes). Anyways stay blessed. I jz shared my view as I Cudnt stop myself after seeing the drilling machine which I hate drilling on any console at d front cabin.
