As a Korean teacher, I envy Singapore's school system with a security system. Korean teachers are responsible for student counseling, parent counseling, school meal guidance, and even outsiders' school access management. I think Teaching is not my main job, but a side job in south korea.😢
The best saviour when hungry.. is security guard and canteen staff.. yeaaaaa.... Thanks kaka and uncle security...best memories never forget.. Learn something without recognize we touch real life communication
gen Z students are soo fortunate to get such a good DM, still remember during my secondary school years DMs were soo fierce we cant even defend our rights, the moment we tried to talk back, we were sent to detention😂😂
Coming from Malaysia I was thinking to myself how gentle the DMs in Singaporean schools are. Here the teachers always have suspicions towards the students 😅
i am glad that they made this video - support staff are just as important - I can relate to the aunties and uncles that serve food when i was in school from P1-JC1.
I will always remind my son to always greet the security when u enter the school..they are the one who are responsible for the school safety and their job is very important..because of them, the kids can have peace in school..
Thanks! I like this :) takes me back to primary school days. My first social interactions were the nice staff and other people who made the school hum and run like clockwork :)
Content is great but feedback, I dont think the low framerate transitions in video are cutting it. It's disorienting as a viewer and I had to double check if my RUclips app/phone was lagging at first.
S'pore has the best education system in the world, thanks to the first-world PAP govt ranked the most effective in the world. Opposition parties certainly have a lot to learn from PAP.❤

They should bring back caning in Australia also. Some of the children are so naughty and disrupt the other students, vandalism, disrespect. This impacts the grades of other students. There is no consequence so, no desire to change. Singapore is a good mix.
kinda nice to see that the "old school way" of caning still used as extreme measure and good ol teaching is still used in these times. it is ultimately a very good measure to discipline kids. these days (at least in ID) don't allow such thing anymore. the result? the discipline down to the dump to the point of non existent. kids talking back to their teacher AND their parent, disrespecting their teacher, bullies go unpunished, and of course the kids often goes to school without understanding a damn thing. i have to teach my Nephew and Niece again and again even to the basic things like algebra because apparently the teacher didn't give a damn anymore whether the kids are listening to them or not... even top private schools where i graduated from where corporal punishment (push ups, caning, bucket lift, etc) used to be applied doesn't do it anymore... they just call their parents and kick the student out of the school for the day, and 3 strikes, they got dropped out.
For the children, auntie selling food far more integral. the Principal? Like a mascot that occasionally appears, say some things no one cares about and leaves
The canteen auntie’s generosity left me in awe. I pray that God blesses her everyday.
Mdm Aini is the feeling of cozy 🥰 Our beloved kakak/mak that makes sure we never go hungry
Should interview the librarian and also the operations support staffs' as well. They are also contributing

That's terrible. I always think trs in Sg are facing tremendous stress. Looks like it's worse in Korea. 😢
It's about the same here in SG
CNA Insider just upload a new documentary about this... What a sheer coincidence... Check it out😅
This isn't representative for all schools in Singapore but it is a example of how a school should be.
I hope your students' parents are treating you well

All I saw was the respect of relationship of people whatever their ages difference. A lot of love amongst them.❤❤❤🤗
I used and still thinks they are the key and integral part to sustaining the school operations.. good and fresh food is everybody needs.

Caning is very very rare nowadays in Sg. The kids are not afraid of anyone.
You all forgotten about librarians.

Makcik Aini & security uncle are such a gem to the school❤
madam aini's lunch meal looks like the bomb
Good morning, boss! 😂
We’ve trust in your caring.
Well i am student exchange from Indonesia who loves travelling, kpop, watching movies, listening music mtv, and fashionweek gaming played.
Amazing
IMHO, you either like the school uniform or hate it.
Did Madam Aini used to work at NTU Canteen 2 back in 2010?
13.30 - Uncle Letchumanan
Just a question, do Singaporean understands their national anthem?
Nice modern school.
good morning, boss111😂😂😂😂😂
I want to live in Singapore
The school social work system in Hong Kong is excellent.
How do you say so? 😅
This isn’t HK
propaganda la, especially the principal portion. You'll almost always never see the principal on a day-to day basis.
What about the school OSO’s? Some work for over 15 years without pay rise. Slave labour ah?
Singaporeans needs people like vivik elon trump to singaporean great again
Bolts, nuts, little little screws, washers...
These kids are eating well
The counselor looks smaller in size compared to them
this is quite an unnecessary comment lol

Students have to beg and borrow just to eat. Sad.
Another propaganda.. in real life principal don't care .. just need to act infront of camera😂😂😂
Haha true too. Feel like wayang.
hell yea. All my time in primary/secondary school, you'll barely ever see the principal. This is just propaganda from PAP via CNA
@@smonyboy again.. why does PAP have to be included in your statement? in what way does a political party influence on how a principal does their job?
Forced integration with prcs begins in these schools.
Tbh, education system will still survive w/o 'em. 😂
Ok just dont be discriminatory in hiring thanks!
True
Many job listing state u need to seal mandarin
Clear discrimination
