@@james2614mc well I was going to say that your wrong and 200bhp is plenty if the car is light enough, presuming a bravo would perhaps be 1200 kg or something but in actual fact its 1360kg kerb weight so I think in this case actually your pretty accurate 😂
Roof noises on a cabrio: There's lots of moving parts and joints, you need to keep them as clean as possible. You have the rubber seals and the metal mechanism. The seals need to be clean and soft to provide regular dampening. Pivot and clamping points on the mechanism need to be lubricated or greesed to reduce the deeper rattling noises caused by irregular road surfaces.
My remapped Mercedes W220 3.2 CDI is a real sleeper, sub 7 seconds to 60. As was the Audi S8 that I rebadged to look like a standard 2.8. I had a lot of fun with that and boy racers! 😂 😂 😂
Dunno about this under £1k, although these are pretty impressive cars for £2k, but I reckon you'll have to do an equivalent series for flashy cars that aren't actually very quick. I have always really badly wanted a fast Volvo...I keep looking at the V60 Polestar but interiors are still a huge issue for me and the one in the V60 is awful. This entire list is good though, I actually like these more than most of the £5k list! Having owned a ridiculous sleeper in the GS and now a car that's stupid fast but people seem to think it's 10x faster...it's a very hard call. As an overall car I'll still genuinely take that GS over possibly anything at any price, but in general it's hard to beat something flashy. Being able to disappear down the road is great, but getting loads of people shouting "nice car" and stuff never gets old. You could also do a "most sleeper-y" cars vid, without worrying too much about price. It took me a while to realise that there's a 300hp AWD version of the Pug 3008. Embarrassing Type Rs in that might even change my answer above to prefer sleepers 😆 I can almost forgive it being an SUV, but not quite.
