But in midlane you play for burst, short lane and short trades.
The point of PTA is to kill an enemy during the 2s stun !
I could see Lethal Tempo being good, more as a way to abuse the fact that you have access to a stun SO OFTEN, and of course the on-hit damage over time, but imo that would only really be viable with Flash+Ghost summoners, and on toplane I'd say.
(since 1-the lane is longer, for ghost to be useful at kiting melee champions back and forth 2-the champions are tankier, justifying the damage-over time rune rather than the burst one)
