Yes, you should level up Manic Eraser to 40 if you have the catseyes. Eventually, we would need to level Manic Eraser. For cotc, if you have a good alien Uber like Bora, it should be pretty easy. Make sure you get all the gold / superior treasures. Which stage of Suburb of the Dead are you stuck at?
