In other words, do we turn our trunk fast and then brake it with the left leg push, or do we push the left leg hard in order to turn the trunk faster?
The trail hip muscles fire first. Then trunk muscles and lead knee muscles fire almost at the same time. The the wrist. The time gaps are not long though because the DS is only about 250 ms long.
