I love the dynamic that is Thor/Loki, they are brothers IMO you need there to be conflict between the two, But you also see a glimmer of LOVE that shines thru every now and again, I was so glad to see Loki protecting Jane in the 2nd Thor, it was so sweet of him to look after his Big Brother's Girl.
I enjoy watching Tom and Chris work together so much that I would love seeing them do something other than Loki and Thor. Though they can keep playing Loki and Thor indefinitely as far as I'm concerned!

Great interview, the part where these two brothers are asked to describe the similarities between their on-screen characters and real life personality shows that they really know each other very well. Just like in the movie where Thor loves Loki in spite of all his wrongdoings, so nice that Chris has also accepted Tom into his family in real life.....that's if he's not kidding.
