I've been studying Korean for 3 years now, so I understood what the lyrics meant the first time I heard the song, and it left a very deep impression on me. So while she has a great singing voice and is undeniably talented, the style she chose to sing in really just ruined it for me; maybe they could have picked a different song to collaborate on, or she could have sang it a little closer to how Zion T does (it's meant to be a beautiful, nostalgic and melancholy song, almost bittersweet).
If she ruined the preformance for you why not just watch the original instead of spreading negativity. It was a diffrent version of the song preformed on a competition show. Songs get revamped all the time. Im glad you like zion t's song but I wouldnt say the girl ruined anything. There are plenty of lives of the original if that's what you came here for.
