I have tried this repeatedly, with no results. My old Bose QC headphones paired with no problem. I have erased the list, I have factory reset repeatedly. All I hear in the headphones is a light tone, then a clunk sound. I have turned them on and I will hear my TV name through them, but every time I hit pair and connect on the TV, it cycles through and says it can't connect, even though the headphones are in pairing mode. Just for laughs, I reconnected my old Bose QC headphones and they still connected fine. UPDATE: I reset my TV to factory default and the headphones paired fine.
