I hope I’m not the only one who remembers a very popular similar type trending toy called a “Knocker”. A thin tightly wound string with large solid Marble on each end about size of a Ping Pong ball. The string was divided in center and attached to a Key Ring type solid loop that a finger fit through comfortably no matter the size. By gathering an up-down rhythm with the finger or spinning both strands same direction then quickly changing direction to separate strands and back to up-down motion with each strand extended to left or right and marbles “Knocking” at 12 O’clock and 6 O’clock. Unfortunately thug lifers took to using as weapons in fights and riots, and the Rockem Sockem Bopem kits hit the shelves!
Ive heard these things being clacked around my neighbourhood before. Personally i dont like making lots of sound (considering where i live, and only if it is music related), so these i feel are really annoying and most people dont really care about it like they would a well made metal begleri or yoyo. Anyway, i stayed away from these
Upon second reading i realised you are talking about something way different haha, whops. Thought you meant this: en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clackers Anyway sounds interesting, like those toy drums with beads attached to string on each side and you spin a handle attached to the drum back and forth to make the beads hit the drum and make sounds.
Hi! I was looking for a method to shrink nylon cord and stumbled upon your video. I got to see a mala somewhere in there. I make 108 count and shorter malas, and either use wood, seed, man-made or semi-precious stone beads-which are the heaviest...sizes 6mm, 8mm or 10mm-which are the longest. I'm also using mostly 1mm nylon cord, depending on the bead hole. Here's the thing. I've been having many of the finished semi-precious malas stretching while hanging over a period of time. I saw a guy once in a video pre-stretching the nylon, I did it and it helped but didn't solve the problem...not to mention the painful hands after a couple dozens. I also tried dipping the mala in hot water...didn't notice much either. The last thing I was thinking of is laying them down instead of having them hanging from a slatwall bracket, which implies some costs. Any better ideas? Thank you so very much!
Great video I have a question on this you tube video called three Brclt he makes a perfect skull braclet can you tell me what weave it is after you check it out he don't answer back

These look so fun! I hope I get some before they're all sold out
komboloi went in 2 minutes of the early release 😭
So pricey, but the quality is really well done! I really want to get a pair of the titans. That feeling of spinning and clacking seems so satisfying
I really like ultem , and have been putting together a pretty good collection .

I just saw the video. The knots they used are snake knots in between the beads and the larger knot is a double snake knot.
Someone told me it was called modified half hitch knot it's green with a knife in the middle of its on shorts
Muy hermoso gracias por compartir saludos
