  • Back in August I decided to get a full blood panel done to get to the bottom of my symptoms I was experiencing.
Short story of why I decided to have my IUD removed is over the previous year I had been dealing with a big shift in my general mood that I could not seem to shake.
    -Anxiety, lots of it.
-Days of super low energy and mood.
-Emotional-cryfest not predictable with my cycle.
-I’d become more recluse. On some days it’s to the point I could not stand being around people for no particular reason. Even though I’m naturally an introvert, I’m usually happy to talk and be around people, so was not normal.
-Even noticed a change in my bowel movements where I am going but its more constipated.
    -low libido
    -hair loss
-bloating more regularly - thought it was food sensitivity
Through my research I found the side effects of the IUD that I identify with:
    fatigue
    depression/anxiety/mood swings
    hair loss
    bloating - gut issues
    B12 defiencity
    weight gain
And now that I am 10 months out, I can finally say I feel like me again. All the symptoms I listed above are all but gone. Below are the supplements I took
    Supplements :
taking b12 drops (currently still take daily)
DIM detox (for about 3 months)
    GI Synergy (K-64) (90 days)
I also regularly take magnesium each night and have for years.
I’m just the messenger and by no means do I have enough credentials to tell you what is going on with you. Just sharing the info I came across and my reasoning for why I took my actions personally. Below I have listed some integrative health care physicians that you can contact. I have heard amazing things of all 3 I listed. Just depends on when you can get in, insurance questions, and what would be a good fit for you.
