The Gospel of Matthew reminds us that if ever we make a promise, we should make sure that we keep it. We should not make a make a promise in the name of the Lord without the intention of keeping and fulfilling it. Do not ever give false hope to anyone, as this is not a good practice for a true Christian. As followers of Christ, we must be like Him, who only holds the truth and fulfills His promises for His people.
Reflect more on this as we celebrate the Kapamilya Daily Mass today, June 15, 2024 with Father Tito Caluag.
