Absolute- If you See any word absolute is the answer options, immediately you can eliminate that option.
Here we have 'all'- so we can eleminate that option.
Must- modal verb
ensure - Synonyms - So in Question we Can See the model verb - must
-In answer option we have ensure- This particular strategy of modal verbs says that must be the answer.
