Reading for emotions
Edu 2024 Murphy
After watching this video I came to know that
1) question stem asks what is writer's reaction so there may be more than one reaction mentioned in the text but we have to focus on only what is the writer's reaction
2) it is refreshing to see means approving
3) vowed means commitment
4) In the question stem there is should (model verbs)but in the answer option there is ensure( must)so we have to eleminate the option
5) If one of the option is about prediction but in the text the topic sentence is in present tense we can eleminate that prediction option .
Thank you father for the wonderful strategy to locate the answer ❤️🙏

Reading part C
🍀Reading for emotions
🍀You have to select the name as a strategy only if it is there in the question statement.
🍀 Contrast word: Answer is there after the contrast word.
🍀 There are two opinions or two concepts given first part they give a concept and a contradictory concept will be given in the second part.
🍀 Lexical question
🍀You can just directly understand from the word itself or the phrase itself if you have the competency otherwise gradually as you practice you will gain competency.
🍀 Comparison and contrast type of text
🍀 Opinion based
🍀 Grammatically wrong can be eliminated
🍀 Something that is opposite to it or not given or there's a change in the meaning you will hav to identify those things
You have to write ✍️ down this question stem and the correct option and the sentence which have highlighted here in the notebook and try to understand write in your own way summarise this sentence in the text the answer sentence in your own words and try to see the similarity between the answer option and the text given in the paragraph then definitely you will get the benefit ❤
Never give up🧚
💕 Thank you so much father for this beautiful session 💕
Thank you Father for such an amazing session, I'm most grateful. I have learned that understanding the writer's purpose, reaction and feelings is a key factor in such a question statement.
My learning experience
*Highlight the name in the text when it appears in the question statement.
*highlighting the contrast word usually gives a clue about the answer to the writer's reaction.
Reading for emotions
We need to understand the difference between the writer's purpose, feelings and reactions.
*Topic sentences and concluding sentences usually talk about the same thing and link to the answer
Lastly, I've also come to realize that paying attention to grammatically wrong expression options helps eliminate the wrong answer from options easily. Wilhemina
Thank you father 🙏
