What do a Japanese person do with 4 cars? Drive one on Monday and the other one on Tuesday and another one on the weekend?
Well, insurance is so cheap that people just have them as a means of switching it up whenever they feel like it
For example I have four cars here, myself.
So like, if I need a van one day, or if I want to drive my sports car, or I need to carry more than three passengers, for example.
On one of your goodereader videos I asked if you were in Japan, in Japanese. But you didn't seem to understand it haha.
Hello there, yes, I work at good eReader but I don't do the RUclips comment. That's one of my employees
Any public crappers in japan if you have 6 hours road trip
Yes of course, they have toilets at every rest stop, service area, and parking area, but the reality is is that if you're stuck in traffic BETWEEN two service areas, then you're screwed.
Cool video! Neat seeing slice of life in Japan driving around in a cappy. Felt weird seeing it drive on the left side for some strange reason. Question, I thought in Japan you had to prove you had a parking space for a vehicle when you buy it, is that true? Weird that a public lot is where you can keep your car for free. Are kei cars exempt from that rule?
Yes, for a normal car, when you're at the dealership, you actually have to draw out a schematic of where you are going to park. Then you have to have supporting documents like Google Earth to assist the salesman in where you are actually going to park your car, then, the day you purchase the car, you go home, yes you can't actually buy the and pick up a car the same day in Japan
You wait anywhere between 3:00 to 7:00 business days, and within that time a police officer will come and visit your house and verify the parking spot and issue you a little parking sticker.
After that, 7 days later, the dealership will call you and you can go down to the shop to pick your car up and go home
Kei cars are completely exempt and you don't need to prove the parking spot
