Hello ma'am.i really love your teaching skill because mostly i study by your lecture.but here I am requesting you to please make a video on family portulacaceae,rutaceae,lythraceae,Acanthaceae,sterculiaceae,.. please 🥺❤️
Myrosinase (EC 3.2.3.1) is a glucosinolate-degrading enzyme mainly found in special idioblasts, myrosin cells, in Brassicaceae. Idioblasts or myrosin cells are specialized cells that are scattered at low frequency and often as single cells among the other major cells in a tissue. Immunocytochemical analysis of Arabidopsis localized myrosinase exclusively to myrosin cells in the phloem parenchyma, whereas no myrosin cells were detected in the ground tissue. In Brassica napus, myrosinase could be detected in myrosin cells both in the phloem parenchyma and in the ground tissue. Myrosin cells hote hai jo ki cells mein hi scattered rehte hai , agar hum B.napus ki baat kare to usme ye cells phloem parenchyma mei aur ground tissue mei dekhne ko milte hai , abhi in sab par research chal rhi hai. Aur hum bahut saari books ko refer krke hi content prepare krte hai , kyonki taxonomy ke case mei aap old books ko refer nhi kr skte , sab update hota rehta hai time ke saath.
