The beech is beautiful and only a step away from the pool.The hotel is stunning and beautifully clean at all times. The buffet cuisine is good, and there is a wide variety of options. The restaurants are all excellent. The major advantage is that you do not need to schedule the restaurants and can use them as many times as you want.We'll be back, thanks for sharing this beautiful video.

We adore the hotel's design and the pools that are right on the beach, allowing you to enjoy both without having to take long walks. The food is always tasty and fresh, with a variety of selections. The staff is friendly and helpful with any needs you may have. I definitely recommend it for families! Very nice video..
The hotel is outstanding, and the staff were quite helpful. The property is directly on the beach, and we were lucky because there was no seaweed the week we visited. The beach is beautiful, and the sea is incredibly blue and clean. The location is also excellent, as it is only a short walk to the market yet extremely safe and clean. Good video....

We stayed here a couple of years ago. We had a great time not considering the Sargassum on the beach, which is beyond the resort's control. The resort is clean and well-maintained. The dining areas are tidy and well-organized. The pools are exceptionally clean, and there are numerous activities available. A good place for families! Well filmed video tour!

We visited Riu Playacar and Riu Palace Mexico while staying here. Room service is ok, nothing special. They have night shows, live music, Yoga, and various activities by the pool.

No booking for restaurants, first come, first served, and you can eat at all of them if you can in one week 😉

Hello. I don't know, but we didn't have to leave any deposits. We always leave our credit card info with the reception in case we use extra services.
