This video is correct , I got mines used, I used the key way and it worked, not the first time I guess I did it wrong but got it the second time. thank you !!!!!
Only way it worked for me: hold the reset button 5 seconds after beeps enter your code press # twice to set. Instructions are either for old model or wrong. Also, why make "#" sign act as the "ENTER" button? Why not make a button that just says "ENTER". It's intuitive to hit ENTER after a code, it's not intuitive to hit the # sign. Thus, you have to instruct a deliverer to hit # at the end. Not only that, but when you try to end your Amazon second address line with a "#" it reformats and looks weird.
Doesn’t work this way. Brand new and this is not the result. A bit different overall. Touch pad becomes disabled following these instructions. Disappointing after I spent a while putting this together.

These touchpads are SUPER sensitive... they should make something more analog that can withstand weather and a little bit of abuse.
