Great video. Thank you so much for sharing
Hi mate I like the look of your mallet and will make one and i hope that it will turn out just like yours.
I'm unable to down load the plans so I'll just try and work it out from your video many thanks Keith ❤👍👍👏👏👏
Hi Phillip!
What problems are you experiencing? Downloads are made from this link almost daily with no issues.
Let me know so I can try and get it fixed for you.
Thank you for watching!
I generally don’t say much but you said merry Christmas so back at you, merry Christmas 🎄 wonderful video.
Excellent design. The video title couldn't be more accurate. I'll be making some of these.
Nice job Pawpaw Scott. Merry Christmas to you and yours.
Pretty good looking mallet. Thank you.
Love your Mallet!!
Gorgeous and clever
These are awesome! Thanks!
Super Cool, and well done sir! I just found your channel and Subscribed, thanks for the content!
I'm new to CNC and can certainly tell you're not! Thanks for the videos. I appreciate your humility and learn a lot from your videos.
Great video!
very nice!
Great job mate. Merry Christmas to you too. Enjoy those fries! 😆
Excellent video and appreciate you providing the files to download! What double-sided tape 4:00 are you using? Thanks 😊
Thank you for the compliment!
Here is an Amazon link to the tape I prefer.
This stuff is bad to the bone. Don't put too much or you risk breaking the work as you try prying it off the table.
Thank you for watching!

Try Paul Sellers solid head method. Most laminated mallets dont last vs heavy use.
A solid head mallet doesn't lend itself to being made on a CNC very easily at this scale. For most people a laminated mallet will be more than sufficient and will last them a very long time.
I made mine in Paul Seller's method, but I can also understand that batching out a bunch of mallets as gifts using hand tools would take quite a while.
Great work Scott! I certainly appreciate the time you put into your videos to educate and entertain us. Was this nice enough for me to get the one labeled MS?
You left out the part about me being super smart and handsome.
But I guess this will do. 😁
If somebody out there is going to make a wooden hammer sexy...it would be you! Nice job😎
This is the best compliment that I have ever gotten!
And you made me laugh out loud. Ha!
Thank you for the kind words, and thank you for watching!!
Not really a wood worker, machinist more or less
Thank you for the compliment!
I believe being a machinist takes much more skill, so you've sincerely made my day with your comment!
Thank you for watching!
Gatekeepers are great
Guess that makes me a machinist too 😅
