@@tamikoguidry6083 idk bro mine never done ,well I haven’t use it that much bd size it’s in Canada and I’m in the states but I think there’s a reset button on the mount itself if I’m not mistaken,and I just also but an motorized mantle tv mount in my living and it’s perfect

How do you keep it from getting stuck in the ceiling? Mines just beeps with no movement. Did the reset by holding the button 5 secs 6times and nothing
