We don’t have 4” cakes in the US anyway, nobody wants to import them because it costs too much. Cheaper to buy/import 4” shells and it takes up less room in the shipping containers which means more profit.
@PyroManiacs The actual diameter is not the problem, US fireworks are limited to 500 grams powder for a multi tube display. Don't know the actual weight of this but you can bet it's over 500 grams.

They banned aerial Fireworks back in the early 90's because they caused too many fires. Everything else is legal though. I wish they made aerial Fireworks legal again. Guys sell regular 200 gram cakes for over $100 each. 500 gram cakes for around $300 or more. It's ridiculous. Now that the Fireworks Factories in Hunan China are closed down from the explosion back in December and because of the COVID19 VIRUS it will be harder to get Fireworks anywhere.

Finde das auch ziemlich blauäugig damit zu argumentieren, dass es so schön ist und deshalb für jeden im Lidl zu kaufen sein sollte. Schau dir doch mal die Idioten an wie die in den Großstädten mit sowas umgehen da ist es klar warum es nicht für jeden erlaubt ist. Illegal ist es sogar nichtmal, als Pyrotechniker kannst du sowas legal zünden.

Malaysia is a great country! Highly recommended to visit. Especially Kuala Lumpur. Great food, very cheap prices but still a very good life quality, infrastructure, health care system, great nature and everyone speaks English!

I want to have this pyrotechnic battery in Poland. But is not possible, because EU standards prohibit the possession of a pyrotechnic launcher of this caliber. In my country this class of this firework is classified as CLASS F4 - P2.

Actually a single 4" shell is around 15-20$, so the cake is not that expensive. Not cheap tho, for sure
