- This was just $30 at Walmart, I thought it is good additional vacuum for my garage so I purchased it and another one for my colleague from work. It's pretty strong and has good suction power. I found a set of bags for it at the clearance section at Walmart 3 pack for $5. The garden hose adapter is for draining only when used for liquids. I put a link to it below:

I was shock to see that they even had a bag because all the other shop vacs I bought in the past never had one. I didn’t know how so I got to urs! Mine came with 2 holes What is the second hole for?
Hole on the vacuum barrel is for sucking and the other one on top of unit blows out like a leaf blower use

Hopefully this helps someone but you don’t NEED to attach disposable bag for normal use. Save it’s for either lots of saw dust, heavy soil or maybe heavy pet fur pickup. anything that might damage the filter bag. Just leave the foam and reusable blue bag filter over it and you will be okay. only remove foam for wet vac use.
I’m still searching for a better way to store on the vac provided attachments tho. Those always get lost

Yes, it's used to empty the tank when used for sucking up liquids, you know, compared to others perhaps requiring your to lift up the bucket and dump the liquids. Sorry for my late response, thanks for watching.
