In this video, I will teach you 4 different transitions that you can do on your videos!
Transitions became trendy these past year, so I'll share with your my 4 top transitions that I use!

JUST PARTS WHERE HE SPEAKS TAGALOG/FILIPINO (Since RUclips won't let me add it to the video)
0:38- 0:44: "So right now, we are here in a place with a lot of walls and I think this is a nice place for the transition we are about to do which is called the 'Frame Blocking'."
0:47- 1:14:"So for this transition, we just need something that can cover the lens, either if it's an object, people, or wall."
1:17- 1:34:" So the next one is 'Sky Transition'. For Sky Transition, it's the same as the first transition, but we no longer need something that's covering the lens. Instead, we just need the sky and for the first shot-the subject then go into the sky. The second shot, the sky to the subject."
1:36- 1:59: " The third transition, I'll just call it 'Cause and Effect' and for this transition, we just need shot one to the cause of the effect of shot two. So, for example, in shot one, I pushed the camera, so in shot two, the shot has to be going backward (away) because I pushed it away in shot one. And, I shot it forward just to fix the framing, then I'll just reverse the clip in editing."
2:02-2:26 " So for the next transition, I'll call it 'Movement Match' and this is basically my favorite out of all of them and the cuts are quick but with the same movement. If your shot one is dolly, then your following shots should be dolly also. If your shot one is panning and tilting, then the following shots should be the same. And with the speed of the cuts, it would look super smooth because the first and consecutive shots are all one movement. "
2:30- 2:46: "So another one is 'Whip Pan' or 'Whip Tilt'. So for Whip Pan, we need to move the camera to the right or to the left then the second shot should be the same. And then in editing, we just cut the clip in the middle at the part where there's a motion blur so the transition is smooth since the spin is moving in the same direction. The same instructions work with 'Whip Tilt' only you move the camera up or down."
2:53-3:20 "And the last but not least, the most common out of all is 'Covering the Camera'. Okay, so all the transitions you've seen can be done using camera movements only and small editing. It's all about timing, the right way of cutting between those shots, and right at the recording of the shot, the shot should be executed correctly so you have less work to do when editing."
This is where he ends his tips and goes into talking about how there will be other parts to the transition tutorials but he has to hurry and leave because he's late for something. He will also be leaving to go somewhere with his team to work on something important and mentions it will be 8-10 days of him being gone.

Since I entered college, marami na ang pinapagawa sa amin na video as project and requirement. Wla pa akong mga gamit talaga for filming only camera and tripod but your videos really helped me a lot and na iinspire ako gumawa ng films and mag edit

Sobrang basic ng mga transition na tinuro nya pero kapag di mo nagawa ng maayos e failed ka na. Kaya kahit napaka basic nya e importante pa rin na smooth na ang mga shots para madali na sa editing. Thanks @MikoTiotangco sa video na ito. Im planning to buy a gimbal dahil if you check my videos e shaky sya kasi shot using handheld cellphone lang ang mga shots ko. hehe..Kudos!
