Cyborg 13s Charge in DBZ BT3 is just to big but i was upset when i saw that its only a little Ball in Raging Ball 2, in BT 2 its the perfect size i think?
Never liked the chargeables and how many there were in BT2. They are never as versatile as normal supers in combat. Master Roshi was done dirty big time.
I remember the Original Kamehameha used to frustrate me because their animation took ages to finish and they always interrupted my attack.

If playing against a human,it gives them less time to think about what to do as long as you don't charge the blast
Who was or is your main or mains in any of the budokai tenkaichi games. My was super perfect cell
Yajirobe, tapeon, kid Goku and early Goku. Also any Vegeta.
