as someone with autism I tried requesting for an accommodation at school, got tricked by the staff to be sent to the school psychologist (instead of a session they make me go there for a total of 10 WEEKS) because apparently I needed a note from them to have a way of “proof” (of my autism, or just my needs in general) even though it should’ve been in my records, even after that I got nothing, I waited 2 years for an accommodation still and recently found out the school wiped my medical records or apparently it was “never there” ..and they wonder why I took a lot of days off, was even threatened to have cps called because I also kept skipping, hmmm…I wonder why 🤔💭
