Thank you for the long walking tour! Well done! @soundbonz I just returned from a weekend visit to Santa Fe. There are many, really good restaurants with choice New Mexican cuisine. One of the breweries we went to was dog friendly. And New Mexico is known for it's many trails and hiking spots. I recommend a visit!
I think the horses were a perfect addition to this trip. I love nature, and I'm always fascinated by the beauty of the landscape around us. I know this has nothing to do with any horses but I
An interesting thing -- even though Santa Fe is the oldest capital in the country, it isn't even close to being the oldest city in New Mexico. Española was founded in the 1500s, and Acoma-Sky City in the early 1100s (by Natives). There may be a few Pueblo towns even older, built in the 900s. So from a native NM perspective, Santa Fe is a pretty new city :).
You did an excellent job at showing us the sights and sounds of Santa Fe. Your job of panning around at the sights was great. Really give one an ideal of whether or not one wants to visit the town. Thanks!
That blurb at 5:28 about SF being the third largest art market in the country kind of glosses over how unique it really is. New York and Los Angeles are the two biggest cities in the country - Santa Fe is around the 500th largest city nationwide. It isn’t even the largest city in New Mexico (Albuquerque and Las Cruces both beat us out). It’s just an art Mecca even though it’s not that big of a city.
My father was lead man for Democrats in Las Vegas I was a page for years and sat in the Governors office and I know all about N.M politics, Samuel lives in Nevada and after the Army I'm republican! 505 for life the truth hurts I know

@@CityWander Santa Fe rocks!
Photographed my mom on one of these fancy but apparently very sturdy benches, in 1978!
Nice! Looks like they're built to last.

Lpys of outdoor walkers.
Not much for outdoor 2nd story porch sitting areas for just sitting like in Spain.
No people come to Las Vegas Nevada
