some step mothers hate the step children so much and are intentionally mean to them. i never understood why. why would you hate a child? children are innocent. my mom dies when i was barely 10 yrs. my dad remarried. and my step mom had her "own" children with my father but my step mom was never mean to me nor did she make me feel like i was not her own. she was the most loving mother. even now i am married with my own grown kids but when i visit back home i love to be with her. even tough my mother died when i was a child my step mother came into my life and gave me a mothers love. when i hear these type of stories i feel like my step mom is maybe an angel.

Obviously he remarries for his own selfish physical needs sidestepping the interests of his children. Can we not expect a little bit of sacrifice from a father?
