Absolutely. Also the need for “perfection”. If I feel like something doesn’t look right or isn’t going the way I think it should go (even if I do a good job & the client’s satisfied) I either a) won’t do it at all or b) be extremely hesitant to do it & start to overthink
Im allergic to most social media, no FB,IG, etc... word of mouth by my clients to their family and friends, neighbors,keeps my business going! They usually push you on media 👍
I love this, last year while still in cosmetology school I approached strangers and literally got no one from it but I did it and learned from the experience. I now know on days I go promote to look my absolute best and leave a breeze of my perfume, start the conversation with a compliment or genuine question..people respect the lady who’s best dressed and smells great that’s just the world we live in I’m grateful for the experience, it taught me I’m really not scared of talking to strangers I just want to put my best foot forward when I do so ❤️❤️❤️
Oh i am such an anxious introvert too. I dont want people to think that im weird. How do you ask a stranger, "hey let me do your hair? Or you should come see me. Do you have a script or what to actually say to a stranger.
Yes. 🥰 i’m sure it’s a little depressing for all of us being away from the salon so long just have to believe! And i’m doing local hashtags and commenting on people that I might like for clients- today ✅ just as ya said !!
I am totally bad for looking the next new thing.. I listen to soooo many ppl. Seriously, I bet I listen to, sign up for their free bits etc. to at least a dozen of different stylists turned coach. I like to learn all the things! I am probably confusing myself though. 😆🤣 And Rest?!?! Can't we sleep when we're ded??? Lol Great tips and info 👌 *adds it to my humongous folder 📂🤪

You might be!! I always say pick two people to learn from at a time otherwise you’ll completely overwhelm yourself. Is that helpful?
