s01e02 Livia wants to find a new husband
It's amazing, their love story. Married for 51 years in a time rarely love plays a role in this kind of union. Livia, without a son with Gaius, yet remained together. There was more to this marriage thats why it's an interesting show and story. Domina is underrated.

He fought on the sde of Brutus at the battle of Philippi, against Octavian. They lost the battle and Livius killed himself.

Her husband didn't commit suicide, but he had to flee from Rome, and Livia went with him. A few years later he got pardoned and they went back, and that is when she and Augustus met, according to the records. Legend says it was love at first sight.
Octavius haircut is ridiculous. They could have made a bit of sn effort... This is a popcorn teenage flick. Watch I Claudius instead...
Well, the I, Claudius hairstyles are not all accurate either 😀 Not to mention what that series does to Livia's character, reducing her to a mere psycho serial killer...
